Dear Pacific Point Family, As a board, we have been reflecting on a verse in 1st Thessalonians. It’s 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 “Rejoice always, pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.” We’re struck by how simple and yet, incredibly complicated this is. On the surface, it’s a simple call to “Rejoice! And give thanks!” It’s a verse you’d get on a coffee mug or bumper sticker to remind you to worship.
